Parsnip Fries
Ingredients:
2 large parsnips
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp paprika and a sprinkle of chili powder
How to:
- Peel and wash the parsnips well. Then pat dry with a paper towel
- Cut the parsnips into long thin pieces as in the pic above
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl making sure to coat the parsnips in the mixture really well
- Using the air crisp function, set the timer to 15 mins at 400 temp. Check halfway and stir using silicon tongs. If you like your parsnips a little crispier, leave in for a further 2-3 mins. Enjoy!
